This is a participant-only class — one ticket, one smoker. You’ll be hands-on from Friday night through Saturday afternoon, working alongside Peter Zukiwski and the Pitt County BBQ team every step of the way.
Your dinner guest joins on Saturday evening to share the meal you’ve prepared — brisket you trimmed, seasoned, smoked overnight, rested, and carved yourself.
